Job summary

DNOW is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing of equipment during field visits and dispatches. You will diagnose issues, run tests, document detailed service reports and ensure work aligns with schedules and safety procedures.

Success requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma and/or equivalent in work experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proficient in oral and written communications
• Assembly experience preferred
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
