The role includes completing maintenance requests, unit prep, and basic HVAC, plumbing, and pool equipment repairs. You will support preventative maintenance, respond to emergencies in a rotating on-call schedule, and contribute to a dependable, proactive maintenance team that keeps the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Experience with apartment maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Familiarity with work order systems.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilities.
