Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of the building and grounds through routine work orders and proactive maintenance.

You will perform apartment make-ready tasks, diagnose and repair basic HVAC and plumbing issues, maintain pool equipment and safety standards, and assist with preventative maintenance and general property upkeep as part of an on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs.
