Job summary

The Falls of Beechnut Apartments is currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, make-ready tasks, diagnosing basic HVAC and plumbing issues, maintaining pool equipment, and handling on-call emergencies in a dependable, proactive manner.

Qualifications

• HVAC (A/C) certification is required.
• Experience with apartment maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Ability to diagnose and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
