Cameron Terrace Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of the building and grounds through routine tasks and work orders. We offer competitive hourly pay plus monthly mileage reimbursement.

You will perform apartment make-ready tasks, diagnose basic HVAC and plumbing issues, maintain pool equipment, and respond to on-call maintenance requests. Tarantino Properties, Inc. supports ongoing growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs.
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation.
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
