Villa Gardens Apartments is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the building and grounds through routine tasks and work orders, ensuring timely repairs and unit readiness.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, diagnosing HVAC, plumbing and pool issues, performing make-ready tasks, and supporting preventative maintenance. On-call rotations ensure swift responses to emergencies and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• HVAC (A/C) certification required.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilities.
