Tarantino-Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cameron Terrace Apartments to maintain the building and grounds through routine work orders and special tasks.

This full-time role requires HVAC certification (pool certification preferred). You will complete make-ready tasks, diagnose basic HVAC, plumbing, and pool equipment, and participate in an on-call rotation to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Pool certification is preferred.
• Experience in apartment maintenance and making-ready tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.

• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and AC units.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks.

Cameron Terrace Apartments is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.

We offer a competitive hourly pay plus monthly mileage reimbursement!

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Requirements

• HVAC (A/C) certification required
