Job summary
Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support customers, service technicians, dealers, and internal teams. The role coordinates service and warranty activity, maintains accurate equipment and service records, and assists with technical troubleshooting while ensuring timely communication throughout the service process.
The ideal candidate blends hands-on technical knowledge with strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or service coordination experience.
- Trade school training or hands-on experience with electrical appliances.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS 365, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor equipment startups and warranty service calls and maintain accurate status and asset-tracking information.
- Coordinate service requests, scheduling, follow-ups, and customer communications.
- Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding service inquiries and status updates.
- Communicate professionally by phone, email, text, and service portals.
- Assist customers, technicians, and end users with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with service managers, technicians, sales, and other internal departments.
- Track service activity and documentation using CRM/ERP systems.
- Assist with analyzing service trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
