Meijer Inc. is seeking a Service Lead to guide daily operations, mentor teammates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Lake Orion store.

This entry-level leadership role focuses on setting the tone for excellence, coordinating tasks, and ensuring department goals align with Meijer standards and store objectives. You’ll train and coach peers, manage shifts, and maintain top-notch customer service while upholding safety, inventory, and a positive work environment.

• Assist with training new team members and cross-training high-potential talent.
• Support department scheduling to improve engagement, service, and profitability.
• Lead by example to ensure standards and safety guidelines are followed.
