Meijer is seeking an entry-level Service Lead to guide daily Service Department operations and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help meet sales goals, assist with scheduling, and support training to ensure department success.

This full-time role emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
