Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage peers to deliver the best possible shopping experience for customers, including checkout.
Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks to meet service goals.
Mentor and coach teammates to exceed customer service and sales targets.
Assist with training new team members and cross-training high-potential staff.
Support schedule planning to improve engagement, service, and store profitability.
Lead in product rotation, pricing, display, and freshness and ensure food safety standards.
