Unlimited Service Group is seeking a Service Support Specialist to be the backbone of our Kansas City branch, handling dispatch support, billing notes, new equipment data, and assisting customers with tagging equipment for repairs. You will manage UPS shipments, warehouse organization, and daily clerical tasks while upholding safety procedures and following the Branch Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Two years of education and/or experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
