Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch in creating work orders, billing notes, and inputting equipment data.
• Handle clerical duties like scanning, filing, and daily mail.
• Welcome and guide customers tagging equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments with accurate documentation.
• Store components correctly and attach to Service Work Orders.
