• Two years of education and/or experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch by creating work orders, maintaining billing notes, and inputting new equipment data.
• Handle clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and managing daily mail.
• Welcome and guide customers in tagging equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments with accurate documentation.
• Store components correctly in the warehouse or attached to Service Work Orders.
• Prioritize safety and follow accident prevention procedures.
• Take on new tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
