WG Dairy Supply in Creston, OH is seeking a Customer Parts Support Specialist to help customers by phone and at the parts counter. You will identify correct parts, answer questions, and prepare parts for pickup or shipment while keeping the parts department clean, organized, and accurate.

This customer-facing role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on requests from first contact through final delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming phone calls, determine customer needs, forward calls when appropriate, and help customers troubleshoot parts-related questions.
• Assist customers at the front counter by identifying needed parts, answering questions, and providing accurate information about availability and options.
• Pull parts for customer pickup, customer requests, and outgoing shipments.
• Research special-order parts when needed, including looking for alternate suppliers or lower-cost options when a usual supplier is out of stock.
• Label customer-requested parts, place them on the special-order shelf, and notify customers when parts arrive.
• Load customers with larger items such as hutches, fans, gates, and similar products.
• Prepare and ship parts to customers and process parts returns to be sent back.
• Receive incoming parts into the system, help find storage locations for new parts, and put parts away accurately.
• Support weekly stock orders by helping identify low inventory, front-counter clipboard requests, and other customer-driven parts needs.
• Keep inside and outside inventory areas clean, organized, and visually stocked so customers can be served efficiently.
• Unload incoming material from semis and place items in the correct storage area.

• Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload parts and larger customer items as needed.
