Job summary

Creative Dining Services is seeking a Service Supervisor for the second shift at Wooster, OH, to lead a late-night team serving students with state-of-the-art equipment. The role offers opportunities for training, advancement, and paid holidays, with a schedule from 1:45pm to 10:30pm and seasonal adjustments.

You will supervise staff, train new hires, assist the Service Manager, and participate in recruitment while maintaining strong communication with leadership.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $22.00 Hourly

We are looking for friendly, experienced food service professionals to complete our supervisor team, serving great food to hungry students using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Our staff have every-other weekend off, paid holidays, opportunities for training and advancement and time off between semesters to spend with family and friends during the winter holidays.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and work alongside a team of late-night service staff, preparing food orders for hungry students.

2. Train new service employees according to prescribed training schedule

3. Assist the Service Manager with all aspects of service and employees

4. Assisting in recruitment and hiring of new employees

5. Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.

Second shift works 1:45pm – 10:30pm. Hours may change during summer and breaks in the school year
