Job summary

Creative Dining Services is seeking a Service Supervisor for the second shift at Wooster, OH, to lead a late-night team serving students with state-of-the-art equipment. The role offers opportunities for training, advancement, and paid holidays, with a schedule from 1:45pm to 10:30pm and seasonal adjustments.

You will supervise staff, train new hires, assist the Service Manager, and participate in recruitment while maintaining strong communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Management and leadership experience
• Basic food handling
• Microsoft Office, emails, word documents, etc
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside a team of late-night service staff, preparing food orders for hungry students.
• Train new service employees according to prescribed training schedule
• Assist the Service Manager with all aspects of service and employees
• Assisting in recruitment and hiring of new employees
• Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
