Job summary

N C Power System, the Pacific Northwest’s Caterpillar Dealer, seeks a Service Supervisor for our Power Systems Rental Department in Tukwila, WA. You will oversee daily operations of the Power Generation Rental Technicians and coordinate with sales, warranty, and parts groups to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has EPG/generator experience, 2–4 years of progressive management, and proficiency with DBS/Cognos, with strong Excel/Word skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness

Qualifications

• EPG and generator experience required.
• 2–4 years of progressive management experience in a service setting.
• Familiarity with DBS and Cognos.
• Experience with Detroit Diesel, MTU, Volvo diesel engines, and generators.
• Prior Cat dealership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar generator products, service and skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other business software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
• Valid state driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to represent NC Power System at customer or company functions.

Responsibilities

Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor for our Power Systems RentalDepartment located in Tukwila, Washington.

• Experience with Detroit Diesel, MTU, Volvo diesel engines, and generators required
• Previous experience at a Cat Dealership preferred
• Knowledge of Caterpillar Generator products, service, and technical skills preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other business software
• Strong communication skills
