Ohio Cat Rental Store, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., is seeking a Shop Service Technician. If you're a hands-on problem solver, join our team and help keep Ohio’s construction and power equipment running strong.

Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts; troubleshoot drive-train, electrical, and hydraulic systems; perform routine maintenance and manufacturer updates, while maintaining accurate service records and communicating with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical training or college coursework (preferred)
• Experience: Prior experience in construction or power equipment service and repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment, aerial lifts, and allied machinery
• Troubleshoot drive-train, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer updates
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and team members
