Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks a Service Supervisor for a 200-unit community in Bossier City, Louisiana. You will lead maintenance operations, complete repairs for vacant and occupied units, and ensure work stays within the planned budget while delivering timely, professional service.

The role requires 3+ years on-site maintenance and 1–2 years supervisory experience, plus EPA Level II or Universal certification. Weekend/on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• 1-2 years of Service Supervisor experience at an apartment community preferred.
• Must hold Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team player in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
• Weekend/on-call duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues in vacant and occupied units.

Rate: $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our 200-unit apartment community in Bossier City, Louisiana! As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations on the property. Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to complete maintenance and repairs for vacant and occupied units while working within the planned maintenance budget. Resident satisfaction is the key to our success, so our new Service Supervisor will be committed to handling maintenance requests timely and professionally. If you have successful experience in apartment maintenance with demonstrated skills in leadership, maintenance, and customer service, this is a great opportunity!

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• One to two years of Service Supervisor experience at an apartment community is preferred.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every third week for emergencies.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) a plus.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!

Responsibilities

• Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.
• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units
• Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Regional Director.
