Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Supervisor in Urbandale, IA to lead service delivery and manage a team of field and office staff. You will oversee resources, costs, safety, and quality assurance while ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding the service base.

This role supports our culture of growth and accountability in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of field service or project management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with the Microsoft

Qualifications

• Leadership orientation and mentoring responsibilities.
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery.
• Manage resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for delivery and expansion of the existing service base.
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the local market.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
