Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in service supervision, customer service, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop service team members to achieve department objectives.
• Delegate and prioritize service work while monitoring progress and productivity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Address customer concerns promptly to support satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage service-related invoices, new orders, and inventory tracking.
• Oversee service desk operations and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Audit service work and interactions to ensure quality standards.
• Train new employees and conduct performance appraisals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments.
