Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead Lift Technicians and ES Service Technicians in field service, installation, inspection, and maintenance at customer sites. You will coordinate schedules, provide technical guidance, and ensure safety and quality in service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills, with travel to customer locations and a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field service experience with lift/equipment.
• Experience leading, mentoring technicians in field service environments.
• Experience working with customers in a field service setting.

Responsibilities

• LeadLift Technicians and ES technicians in daily field service activities.
• Schedule ES field service work to meet customer commitments and goals.
• Provide technical guidance for complex lift equipment and ES service issues.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure safety policy compliance.
• Build strong customer relationships and respond to escalated service concerns.
• Prepare quotes for repairs, replacements, installations, and maintenance.
• Monitor technician productivity and service documentation quality.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management for technicians.
• Ensure maintenance schedules and service timelines are met.
