Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Lead Service Technician to coordinate daily tasks, supervise field crews, and ensure high-quality service at customer sites across the region.

You will perform pre/post-shift inspections, resolve service issues with management, train drivers, and maintain safety records. This full-time role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct random quality control audits on portable restrooms, sinks, holding tanks, etc., to assess service quality.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for service issues and coordinate resolution with management.
• Assist with safety tailgate meetings and driver training.
• Perform daily pre/ post-shift vehicle inspections and report deficiencies.
• Operate service trucks to various sites following routing information.
• Maintain truck logs per state and federal regulations.
