Convergint Technologies LLC in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Service Specialist Supervisor to lead the Service Specialist team, coordinating scheduling, inspections, troubleshooting and repair activities. You will ensure on-time, within-budget execution and high customer satisfaction.

You will also develop colleagues, drive performance, deliver technical and soft-skill training, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic, growth-oriented culture.

• Supervise Service Specialists and manage performance.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction and financial success.
