Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch service shop and yard to ensure an efficient, safe, and profitable operation.
• Oversee technicians and provide coaching, development, and training for them.
• Keep up to date with manufacturer warranties, policies, and program changes.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and service to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to support technician growth and branch success.
