Job summary

Peach in Norcross, GA seeks an experienced service supervisor to direct day-to-day operations of a diverse vehicle service shop, coordinating repairs with the Service Manager and Service Advisors, and ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety.

You will supervise technicians, oversee workflow to meet schedules, review repair orders for profitability and quality, maintain a clean and professional environment, and uphold the company’s safety policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Education and experience must include a high school diploma or GED and minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Prior supervisory and/or management experience is a plus.
• Previous experience with a commercial dealership, Freightliner experience a giant plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service experience.
• Good attention to detail.
