Peach State Ford is seeking a Service Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Norcross, GA dealership. You will coordinate repairs with Service Managers and Advisors, ensure productivity, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a focus on customer service. Prior dealership experience, especially with Freightliner products, is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience with a commercial dealership; Freightliner experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Attention to detail.

Ability to direct day to day operation of a service ship with a diverse product line. Work with Service Manager and Service Advisors to coordinate repairs of customer vehicles. Meet time schedules and maintain productivity levels of tech. Maintain quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean environment and a professional atmosphere.

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Oher duties may be assigned.

• Evaluates all estimates for jobs to maintain profitability
• Reviews repair orders for accuracy
• Maintains a safe working environment
• Maintains a clean working environment
• Work closely with Service Manager and Service Advisors
• Others duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Education and Experience
• Must have High school diploma or GED
• AND
• Minimum of 3 years' related experience and/or training

• Prior supervisory and/or management experience is a plus
• Previous experience with a commercial dealership, Freightliner experience a giant plus
• Excellent communication and customer service experience.
• Good attention to detail
