Sunset Ford in Sunset Hills, MO, is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator who excels at helping people and solving problems. You’ll be the friendly voice customers hear, booking appointments for in-store and Mobile Service and guiding guests through the process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Connecting with customers by phone, text, email, and chat.
• Scheduling service appointments for in-store visits and Mobile Service.
• Following up with guests after their visit to ensure satisfaction.
• Scheduling recalls, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinating shuttles, rental vehicles, and pick-up/delivery.
