Job summary

Olathe Ford RV is seeking a Service Business Development Coordinator to handle service inquiries, schedule appointments, and greet customers on-site. The role emphasizes friendly, detail-oriented customer service and efficient use of CRM throughout daily operations.

Part-time, on-site position with a 1:00 pm–6:00 pm schedule and a $17.50 hourly rate. Training and ongoing development are highlighted as core supports for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least one prior role with customer service experience.
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor; positive and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and set service appointments.
• Serve as a receptionist to greet walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Assist customers with rental car contracts, rental pick-ups, and returns.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
