Sunset Ford in Sunset Hills is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to be the first friendly voice for customers, helping keep their day on track and making their experience simple and stress-free.

You’ll handle scheduling for in-store visits and Mobile Service, follow up after visits, and coordinate recalls, maintenance, and rides, ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, and learning new systems (CRM experience is a plus).
• Excellent time-management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls, texts, emails, and chats from customers to schedule service.
• Coordinate in-store and Mobile Service appointments and follow up after visits.
• Assist with recalls, maintenance, and repairs scheduling and shuttle/rental coordination.
