Job summary

Sunset Ford in Sunset Hills is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to be the first friendly voice our customers hear and to help keep their day on track. You will schedule service appointments for in-store visits and Mobile Service, coordinate shuttles and rental vehicles, and follow up after visits to ensure everything went smoothly.

The role offers a stable, full-time in-office schedule with opportunities for growth within the Ford network and a supportive, team-first environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls/texts/emails and schedule service appointments.
• Coordinate shuttle, rental vehicles, and pick-up/delivery.
• Follow up with guests after visits.
• Maintain accurate records and scheduling notes.
