You will log interactions in the CRM, coordinate with service advisors and technicians, and strive to meet appointment and show-rate targets while delivering professional, empathetic customer service.

• Meet weekly and monthly appointment targets.
• Some weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for service scheduling.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments based on shop capacity.
• Follow up on missed or unconfirmed appointments to reduce no-shows.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommended services to customers as needed.
• Log all interactions in the CRM (DealerMine/Tekion).
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for scheduling.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy when addressing concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and coaching.
