Job summary

Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC is seeking a professional, driven individual to join our service team as an appointment setter and cashier. You will handle calls, help with paperwork flow, and direct customers to dealership resources.

This role emphasizes a no-pressure environment with supportive teammates. Strong computer skills, a customer-first attitude, and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Assist warranty admin with booking and closing repair orders
• Keep notes updated on pending payments
