Lee Auto Malls in Topsham, ME is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to handle outbound calls and emails, schedule service appointments, and support the service drive. You will maintain customer records, ensure timely communication, and contribute to high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Book appointments based on maintenance schedules and policies.
• Make daily customer retention outbound calls and reminders.
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey calls and mailers.
• Learn duties of Service Advisors to support service drive performance.
• Update and document customer records in real time.
