Job summary

Lee Auto Malls in Westbrook, ME, is seeking a parts advisor to join our BUSY team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–5:00 PM) and a competitive salary range of $50,000–$65,000 per year with a monthly bonus.

Responsibilities include assisting technicians, identifying part numbers, managing inventory, and coordinating with service and wholesale customers to ensure smooth operations. Chrysler experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• 1+ year of automotive parts experience; Chrysler experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians to determine their parts needs.
• Assist with overflow calls from retail/wholesale customers.
• Accurately identify part numbers using paper and electronic resources.
• Locate, order, and track parts.
• Check-in parts and stock shelves.
• Deliver parts to technicians when needed.
• Contact service department when special order parts arrive.
• Process and close open repair orders.
• Other tasks as assigned.
