Sonic Automotive's Pensacola Honda location is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting vehicles and explain features, financing options, and trade-ins. The role requires excellent communication, enthusiasm for cars, and a strong customer service mindset.

You will participate in training to improve product knowledge, meet individual and team sales targets, and contribute to a positive buying experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment screening.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist customers to identify needs and recommend vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay updated on vehicle models, features, pricing and options.
• Guide customers through the sales process including financing and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with a customer-focused approach.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster referrals.
• Build relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales team for a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to improve product knowledge.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Must be able to work weekends and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
