Job summary

Pure Process Technology LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure proactive, professional, and timely service by coordinating field operations and maintenance programs. You will serve as the operational hub between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include managing preventative maintenance, service agreements, and related documentation while optimizing technician schedules and responding to urgent issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related customer inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, annual sanitizations, emergency service calls, and other field service activities.
• Maintain and optimize technician schedules while coordinating priorities, timing, and customer availability.
• Prepare, track, and follow up on service agreement proposals and renewals.
• Process service contracts, sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation using ERP (ACE & Counterpart).
• Coordinate service kit preparation, vendor purchasing, and inventory.
• Track service docs, open items, parts, quote/billing handoffs, and escalate urgent issues early.
