Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in service coordination, administrative support, customer service, or related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests and create service tickets with complete and accurate information.
• Coordinate technician schedules based on customer needs, project priorities, and resource availability.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communications, scheduling updates, and service status requests.
• Monitor open service tickets and ensure timely follow-up, updates, and completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation, service records, labor tracking, and service notes.
• Coordinate communication between customers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Support preventative maintenance scheduling and recurring service activities.
• Assist with service reporting, tracking logs, and operational documentation.
• Identify and elevate scheduling conflicts, service delays, or customer concerns.
• Support continuous improvement of service processes and workflow efficiency.
