Responsibilities

• Sets appointments for Service Department.
• Maintains an accurate daily log reflecting all service activities.
• Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by adding information to the tracking tool.
• Provides effective communication within the Business Development Center and with other departments.
• Answers inbound calls for service and responds to website appointment requests.
• Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
• Handles customer complaints according to dealership guidelines.
