Knudtsen Chevrolet in Post Falls, ID is seeking an Automotive Service Business Development Representative to be the voice of our Service Department and help craft exceptional customer experiences.

You will schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, follow up with customers after repairs, and proactively reconnect with missed opportunities to keep the service lane moving smoothly and customers coming back.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused team player who enjoys helping people and building relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass required background screening, MVR review, credit check, and drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of our Service Department and create exceptional customer experiences.
• Schedule appointments, respond to customer inquiries, and keep communication flowing.
• Proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Follow up with customers before and after service visits to build lasting relationships.
• Support the Warranty Administrator and assist with service-related administrative projects.
• Help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by supporting the Service Team.
