Knudtsen Chevrolet in Post Falls, ID is seeking an Automotive Service Business Development Representative who will be the voice of the Service Department, helping customers schedule service, follow up after repairs, and nurture missed opportunities.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, delivering exceptional customer care, driving loyalty, and supporting the Warranty Administrator on service-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused team player who enjoys helping people and building relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass required background screening, MVR, credit check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of our Service Department and create exceptional customer experiences.
• Schedule appointments, respond to customer inquiries, and keep communication flowing.
• Proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Follow up with customers before and after service visits to build lasting relationships.
• Support the Warranty Administrator and assist with service-related administrative projects.
• Help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by supporting the Service Team.
