Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years of experience in customer service.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Sound decision-making and practical judgment.
• Positive attitude and helping mindset when working with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Use dispatch board to maintain on-time service with zero backlogs.
• Answer calls from customers and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Follow through to ensure resolution of all situations.
• Generate and monitor service department correspondence and review work orders for accuracy.
• Assist with pricing labor and materials per contract and prepare subcontract work orders for invoicing.
• Track deficiencies and update all customer information in databases.
• Dispatch technicians based on site skill requirements and generate daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Handle field trouble calls, PM inspections, and subcontractor scheduling.
• Coordinate service requirements with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
