Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Assistant to work with the service department to deliver exceptional customer service. You will receive, process, and coordinate all incoming sales inquiries, showroom floor requests, service requests, and internet queries while handling clerical duties for Sales and Service.

The role requires strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and basic computer abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills; stays calm under pressure.
• Basic computer and internet skills; familiarity with office software.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic; safety-conscious.
• Able to read and understand instructions; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries via phone or internet and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets; confirm special order parts.
• Support administrative tasks and handle paperwork and records; prepare reports.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and classes as required; perform other duties as assigned.
