Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a senior service sales leader to develop and execute the NA MACS Services sales strategy across assigned territories. You will partner with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and revenue growth.

You will set measurable targets, coach direct reports, and rely on data-driven reporting to drive results. Travel up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or administration related discipline.
• Five years of remote sales experience in selling services with at least three years managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the service sales strategy for NA MACS Services.
• Create territory-specific account plans and monitor key accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to price and develop new service offerings.
• Identify service sales opportunities from visits, support cases, and training engagements.
• Set and track team and individual performance targets; coach and evaluate staff.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate service sales records.
