Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec, Inc. seeks an experienced Sales Training Leader to equip field representatives with essential selling skills. You will develop and update training content, deliver quarterly in-person sessions, and assess ongoing needs across North America.

You will collaborate with Marketing on launches, translate technical concepts into effective selling messages, and foster a learning culture within the sales organization. Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences; advanced education in adult learning is a plus.
• 8+ years of adult training experience, preferably in sales.
• Experience in life sciences or cell and gene therapy sales.
• Strong knowledge of the sales process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with sales reps.
• Ability to foster a collaborative environment.
• Experience supporting a culture of learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Equip new and experienced sales reps with knowledge and skills to sell products and services.
• Collaborate with management and teams to create and update training content.
• Conduct quarterly in-person sales training at company offices.
• Perform ongoing needs analysis by observing performance across functions.
• Travel throughout North America to train field sales representatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing on product launches and messaging training.
