Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to equip field representatives with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell the company’s products and services.

The role involves quarterly in-person training at offices, collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Management, and ongoing needs analysis across North America. Ideal candidates have a life sciences background, 8+ years of adult training experience (preferably sales training), and proven ability to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life science field preferred.
• At least 8 years of adult training experience; sales training preferred.
• Prior commercial sales experience in life sciences or related fields is a plus.
• Strong expertise in the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of delivering engaging, effective presentations.
• Able to build rapport with sales reps.
• Fosters a positive, collaborative learning culture and provides constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Equip new and experienced sales reps with knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively sell products and services.
• Collaborate with management, sales teams, and other departments to create and update training content.
• Conduct quarterly in-person sales training at company offices.
• Perform ongoing needs analysis and evaluate field training performance with relevant teams.
• Travel throughout North America to provide hands-on training and coaching.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate technical knowledge into key selling messages for launches.
