KLA Services is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager in Milpitas, CA. You will lead service sales and direct business development for North American and global customers, coordinating with regional teams and field organizations to grow service offerings and drive profitable contracts.

This role serves as HQ lead for customer and field commercial activity. You will negotiate renewals, shape commercial strategy, and ensure deal governance while aligning with senior management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years semiconductor equipment or related sales experience.
• Direct customer sales track record.
• Strong business acumen and technical selling skills.
• Understanding of financial, legal, and marketing fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; strong presentation skills.
• Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to deep dive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing internal and customer hierarchies.
• Knowledge of industry standard sales processes.
• Domestic/international travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs with regional accounts and develop new opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage renewal and expansion of service contracts.
• Drive regional teams to meet objectives and maintain satisfaction.
• Explain and support commercial strategy to senior division leadership.
• Document and follow KLAS and KLA Finance processes for deals.
• Research and develop strategic sales plans with senior staff.
