Formación

• Experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills are essential.
• Ability to translate VOC feedback into actionable business plans and service offerings.

Responsabilidades

• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry, including customer-facing leadership roles in service, operations, business development, product marketing, or account management.
• Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers, including executive-level engagements and contract negotiations.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple product divisions, regions, and service organizations.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fab operations, equipment lifecycle management, service delivery models, and availability-driven strategies.
• Experience developing and executing service growth strategies, including contract expansion and recurring revenue initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate VOC feedback into actionable business plans, product improvements, and service offerings.
• Experience managing customer escalations and leading executive communications, business reviews, and strategic account planning activities.
• Knowledge of service contract structures, pricing strategies, and cost-of-service models.
