Job summary

KLA's Global Service Support Division seeks a decisive Sales & Business Development Manager to lead service sales and growth with select North American and global customers. You will coordinate regional teams, shape commercial strategy, and drive renewals and expansions of service contracts.

Based in Milpitas, CA, you will partner with field teams to deliver high-value offerings, negotiate deals, and translate business opportunities into measurable revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction

Qualifications

10+ years in semiconductor or capital equipment sales.
Proven direct customer sales results.
MBA or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and develop new business opportunities across core services and Pro Systems.
Negotiate and manage renewal and expansion of service contracts at key customers.
Drive regional teams to meet objectives while reflecting sales activity in customer satisfaction.
Explain, promote, and support commercial strategy to senior management.
Document and follow GSS and KLA Finance processes for deals, quotes, approvals and closures.
Research and develop strategic sales growth plans with senior GSS staff.
